Selkirk Living Nativity 2017

We take Christmas very seriously! Year by year, Selkirk Market Place is turned into Bethlehem on Christmas Eve by a dedicated team from local churches. As evening arrives, hundreds of people come together to enjoy the atmosphere, meet with family and friends, sample freshly prepared hot chocolate and shortbread, and join in the Christmas Story of the Birth of Jesus Christ.

In 2017, the theme was “The Well Good News of Christmas” by Dai Woolridge, illustrated by Emma Randall. You can review the evening by looking through pictures taken, and by watching the video below.
